Abstract

The advent of remote work, accelerated by technological advancements and global circumstances, has transformed traditional notions of work structures and employment dynamics. This review research paper, titled "THE IMPACT OF REMOTE WORK ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY," critically examines the multifaceted consequences of the widespread adoption of remote work practices. In response to the paradigm shift brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolution of digital communication tools, this paper aims to explore the interconnected relationship between remote work arrangements, work-life balance, and employee productivity.
