Abstract

In today's digital age, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) play a crucial role in all aspects of life, including higher education and the labor market. This article analyzes the significant impact that ICT skills have on higher education graduates, highlighting their influence on employability, adaptability, innovation, productivity, access to information, and collaboration and communication in virtual environments. . The importance of educational institutions providing solid training in ICT to prepare graduates for the challenges and opportunities of the current digital world is highlighted. This research contributes to the understanding of how ICT competencies are a determining factor in professional success in the digital era, and offers relevant perspectives for the formulation of educational policies and professional development strategies in the field of higher education.
