Trips taken for walking to school differ from those taken for job or recreation in several ways. There have been a lot of research on school travel in western European and North American countries. Except for a few studies conducted in China. These have not been looked into in developing countries, such as Iran, even if there are a lot of kids. Daily commuting to school is common in India, but little is known about their travels.
