Abstract

Introduction: The rapid advancement of technology had a profound impact on society, including the field of management education. Technology has transformed the way management students learn, access information, and communicate with others. These changes had a significant impact on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) of management students and its implication on their employability.

Objectives: This research study intends to explore the level of adoption of technology among students of management institutions in Mumbai as well as impact of technology on the KSA of management students and its implications on their placements.

Methodology

The objective of the current study is to quantitatively analyse the weather the adoption of technology is influencing the students’ Knowledge, attitude and skills, and also whether the same is impacting on their placements. Questionnaire method was used to gather the information from Respondents using convenient sampling method. The Sampling universe are the Students of management Institutes. SEM tool was used to analyse data using SPSS AMOS Software. 155 sample size is considered for data collection.

Findings

It is found that the KSA is influencing the student’s placements but other side technology usage is not influencing the KSA of Students.
