A STUDY OF FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF STUDENTS TOWARDS ONLINE BANKING
Abstract
This research paper aims to explore the factors that affect the satisfaction level of students towards online banking. The study examines the role of various factors such as risk and privacy, ease of use, technology, and time-saving in shaping the level of satisfaction of students with online banking. To achieve this goal, a quantitative research approach is employed, using a structured questionnaire to collect data from a sample of students. From the literature review, it was found that online banking has become a popular trend in the banking industry due to its convenience and accessibility. However, the issue of risk and privacy remains a significant concern for online banking users, which affects their satisfaction level. Additionally, ease of use and time-saving are identified as important factors that contribute to student satisfaction with online banking. Technology also plays a role in shaping the satisfaction level of students, as it affects the ease of use and reliability of online banking systems. The findings of this study can be useful for online banking service providers, policymakers, and researchers interested in understanding the factors that influence student satisfaction with online banking.
