CAPABILITIES OF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATING OF LEADERS AND COMPETITIVENESS OF COMMERCIAL BANKS

Abstract

The article explores the relationship between the capabilities of management and the operating of leaders and the competitiveness of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) through applying the results of a survey of current employees working at Sacombank. The article uses qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods. Descriptive statistical methods include analyzing the reliability of observed variables through the Crobach Alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and correlation analysis using SPSS 22 software. Research results show a relationship between the capabilities of management and the operating of leaders and the competitiveness of Sacombank. From the research results, the authors draw a number of conclusions and future research directions.
