HANDLING CALL AND MALL FOR AUTHORITATIVE ACQUISITION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS BY PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS
Abstract
This paper focuses on the extensive use of Computer-Assisted Language Learning and Mobile-Assisted Language Learning as learning resources in E-learning procedure. E-Learning is characterized as interactive learning in which the material is available online and provides an instant response to the student's learning efforts. E-learning is an umbrella term for a lot of different programs and ways to learn. Some of these are web-based learning, CALL and MALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning & Mobile Assisted Language Learning) virtual classrooms, and digital tools for working together. E-learning is a strategy for instructing and enlightening students, professionals in different fields, and other individuals by involving their participation.
The E-Learning system can be divided into parts, where mobile learning is one of them. E-learning is a broader term that covers both online and mobile learning environments. It makes it easier for students to communicate and work together through the use of CALL and MALL & networked computers in online learning. This paper illustrates the effectiveness of CALL and MALL in acquiring English language skills among professional students.
